Yeah you can re seal that tank if you need too... just be ready for it to take some time to cure. I have done now 2 larger tanks ( 72 and now a 50 ) with no problems ( knock on wood ) ...granted my seals look now where near what facotry does... but it holds water and no leaks so the main thing is enjoying the fish.

What Denz said would be the best bet. Make sure you have at least 2 more sets of hands to help with that thing and TAKE YOUR TIME.

Try corner tape to get neat joints ...

well thats 5 tanks down 2 to go going to move the reef nano tank tonight just having a breather.

I also helped my cause by borrowing a big vat from my LFS earlier which has tank water and my fish in out the 150g tank and the fx5 running in it that'll have to do over night allowing me to empty every last drop of water and sand out of this one as Im dreading moving it tomorrow!
