its not a gar, its a needlefish of some kind, but the pangassius will outgrow the tank easily and need a swimming pool sized tank to house it comfortably!!

That's what I also thought Abderdeen, I was like 'well I don't know what a garr is, so i'll have a look for it'. I thought it was just a needlefish or something similar. The catfish looking pretty normal to me to, but hey look who's talking, someone who knows jack all about fish but spends every day on this forum. Btw
