This is my buddy Zorro
I got him because he was pure white with a black mask
here he is a couple day after i got him - you can see a bit of pale orange and blue

about a week later...

and now...

This is quite common for white bettas I guess. My white betta (Uncle Tom's Ghost) didn't even have a mask when I bought him, now he has red fins like yours and a mask as well. I have him in a bowl that is painted red white and blue on the outside, matches him really well....looks very partiotic. B)
