consulted with another member. better than waiting and having things turn south. dose with quICK cure. follow directions exactly on the bottle unlesss you have cories or any suckers in the tank. then 1/2 dose. Instructions should say that. Your silicone will be turned blue, but you fish should live. follow through with the treatment to kill any eggs.
 
next time elaborate and answer the pertinent questions. this is the best action to take right now really.

Sorry to come off brash. I was just really wanting to get some idea of what was going on as quickly as possible.
 
Keep us updated with what is going on and if you see anything out of the ordinary. Looks like this should be a pretty simple ich cure.

Well since I had all ready bought the kordons ick attack, I went a head and doses it today, i'm keeping the water level lowered, and raised the temp. One of the barbs doesn't appear to have any spots, the other two have the just the few.still, and no other fish appear to have any so far. IM hoping I caught this very fast, and hopefully I can clear this up. From other recent posts I see others ate dealing with this too.

Well so far 6 days into treatment...a few fish are looking a bit better, however it spread like crazy, and today I lost 4 of my 5 von rios. I'm hopingng every one else makes it.
