My molly silvers gave birth yesterday to 6 youngsters , now 5 group up at the surface of the tank in a tiny shoal but there is one that stays on its own and swims totally round on the bottom. I have checked and its definately the same.

Strange?
or
Not?

nah it should be fine some just prefer to be on there own

loners

What actually happened is:

Soon after birth, the whole group of fry were talking about modern American politics, when one (the loner) baby fry tried using a joke to hook up with shelia, the cutest fry of them all. The joke was:

What do you get from a bad-tempered shark?
As far away as possible!

He now has been banned from the group, and destined to live a life of shame.

Sorry man, you have a male who tells really bad jokes..

What a Tit!

They are all now together...........Another newbie screw up, but i was just concerned about it.

Lost 3 last night :( now down to 3. There are no predators in the Tank so ...?

How long until you think they are safe?. This is there 3 rd day.

test your water.. check your filter. i wouldnt worry if there are no predators at all, and hes not in the filter. chances are hes just hiding. fry can be very hard to count, even in small groups.
