Ocellaris Clownfish Has Lump On Lip!

My Ocellaris Clownfish has a lump under its lip, it is only small though i am worryed about it, i have been feeding them frozen food and i have been just putting it into the tank without defrosting it, would this cause my problem?

Probably just ran into a rock. I would start unthawing the food though.

Ive also noticed this morning that my perc has got a sort of lump just below his bottom lip. its tiny and looks like a white strand sort of, I thought it had grown a goaty! I dont suppose theres any disease that sounds similar to this?

the lump is the same colour as the fish (orange) !

Then if its a lump same color and all leave it be and see what happens.
