ok so just bought a nymphaea species in it's bulb form, when I get it do I plant the whole thing or just sit it on top like I did with my onion plant? if you go to ebay and type in "Live Aquatic Barclaya bulb & plant Nymphaea species" you will see what I am buying.

you can bury them in the gravel or not, its up to you just plop em in make sure the top part (usually the part with a few tiny stems and leaves) is facing upwards, they will soon grow out and send some lily's to the surface.

nice thanks people, can't wait for them to fully grow so the leaves can start spreading, thats if my severum doesnt eat them mind you
