Good morning. Apologies to start. You have too much information and this will cause serious brain damage to the geriatric people in the audience, like me. I dose a half tablespoon of tap water conditioner and two tablespoons bacteria starter in a 55 gallon tank. That's it. You could certainly do the math for a larger or smaller tank. I do this every time I change half the tank water which is every few days. The fish seem to be happy with this arrangement. You can follow this procedure for the life of the tank.
Remember. Tanks less than 30 gallons need half the water changed twice weekly. Tanks 30 gallons and larger will need the 50 percent water change performed weekly. And, always keep the food and number of fish to an absolute minimum. This make you a successful "Water Keeper".
