NPK = The 3 primary Macro-Nutrients: Nitrate (N) Phosphate (P) Potassium (K).
You can get this from (for example) Nutrafin Plant Gro NPK, or seperately using something like SeaChem Flourish Potassium, SeaChem Floursih Phosphate, SeaChem Flourish Nitrogen.
Obviously quite expensive, so people tend to make their own by purchasing dry chemicals and just pouring stright into the tank (dry, using dinky measuring spoons) or mixing up their own PMDD or Poor Man's Dosing Drops (like I do).
