Not Good....

The fish did definatly have dropsy. That was my first thought and I was correct I just needed second opinion from all of you. You could see from above the fish that it looked like a pine cone barely but I couldn't get any good pictures to show. Well thanks everyone!!!

P.S. It is isolated so i don't have to worry about it spreading and I checked all of the other fish that it was in the tank with and they are fine...

If it did have dropsy, there's not a high chance of fixing it. I'm inclined to think scales sticking out are from something else?

Dropsy is only contagious if a fish pecks on the dead body.
