Lfs bought meds are only good on mild bacteria infections.
One bacteria infections advance there hard to cure.

hmm, i am thinking this is the case now. He is really struggling....can i put him out his misery? thats days now that he's been falling onto his side for now with NO signs of improvement What should i do?!

I would try another med before giving up on him.
