I've got 3 Botia Striata in a 125L with various corys and neon tetras and they get along fine.
IMO they'd be fine on your tank.
Botia Striata do like a bit of "meaty" food in their diet, mine pluck off small "pest" snails and love bloodworms.

Cheers for the info , was worried they would pick on the corrys , is my tank big enough though?
80x30x40 cm or 30" in old money

Mine are in a 125L (Fluval Roma) which is 80x35x45cm, so my opinion would be yes.
They do get upto about 4" long and prefer company of their own kind. Mine are about 3" - not really any bigger than a peppered cory. I have 3 and they don't seem shy at all.
