I've got an Eheim 400 air pump that I thought I didn't need. It's been sitting in a box since I bought it but I've recently found a use for it only to find it is too noisy. It makes a quite loud (beyond my tolerance level) constant hum. Is there any way I can fix this? I've taken it apart and checked the diaphragm for tears and tightened a few screws that were loose. I found this video on silencing a Rena pump but I don't see how I can apply the fix to my Eheim pump:
Any ideas?
