Noisy Air Pumps

hi

another question sorry.

just got a tetratec pump and it supposed to be silent , but its very loud.
Has a long pipe to tank would moving to other end of cabinet and using a shorted pipe make
a difference.
what else could i try.
tried from one outlet or both but still same noise. even put on foam.

any idea's as its got god write ups and suppose to be quiet.

not a lot of help m8 but i sit mine on a polysyrene tile it doesnt make it silent but it made a difference

I have suspended mine using some string, doesn't look pretty but it is hidden and is almost silent
