No Food For Ram Fry, Help?

Hi, I have a batch of Metallic Ram wrigglers that will be free swimming very soon, but unfortunately my dogs have got into the fish room & eaten my Micro Worm cultures, as the fry will be too small for brine shrimp I am worried as to what to do .
Is there anyone in the Rhyl to Holywell area of North Wales with any suitable live food that I can buy? Or does anybody have any idea of anouther suitable food that I can give them until they are big enough from brine shrimp? (about a week)

Agreed, am feeding my fry crushed flake and they are doing fine.

when i raised GBR i just used baby brine shrimp. the tank i hatched the fry in had algea and live plants so they had micro organisms to chow on in the tank but mine ate bbs as soon as i put it in there. good luck
