Nitrite again!

I have had a recent nitrite/ammonia spike in the last few days,should i cut back on feeding or not feed my fish at all?

ive did about 75% water change last night and a 50% today,they all seem to be fine

Have water changes been mentioned?

I was told at lfs that if weekly water changes don't help, to add "cycle" to the tank. I did this and it helped. My tank was 10 gallon.

some people dont like cycle of the similar products, and I have had great luck with cycle. just my $.02
