Nipped Fins

my pleco fins are getting nipped even more.

it looked like this a week ago

I keep cichlids with him yellow labs and cvnotilapi afra

I don't have a different tank to put him in and ive been doing some water changes.

i have seen the yellow lab and the afra nip him once or twice

any suggestions?

You have answered your own question.

Plecs shouldn't be in African cichlid tanks for this reason and not to mention the tank parameters are far from ideal for them.
