Newly Rearranged Tanks! *phew*

Hiya everyone,

Well, I've done it! I gave away all my goldfish to someone with a pond and changed my 37UK to a tropical tank!

Here it is!

Here's the king of the tank, Kentaro my bigger weather loach:

He really likes it in the tank now, he is currently all dug into the sand except his face

Here's the albino cories:

I also changed the smaller tank into a Hillstream Tank. I will be getting more hillstreams as there's only 3 just now. It would have been 4 but one jumped fro the bucket an died yesterday

Anyway, here's the before:

It's not quite finished yet. I want to put in a tall broad leaved plant and I am awaiting a bubble curtain that will go all along the back and down the right.

So, what do you think?! I think the tanks are much better, I really like the sand and I am glad the goldies have gone to a new 500UK gallon home!

Lookin good! Sand is so much more natural and so more pleasing to the eye I think. Those corys look like they are going to town on it! That's so cute.

The Hillstream tank looks great. Sand,pots,rocks and a plant or two looks very simple and nice. Good job,Miss Cheese!

Are you using playsand or did you get the special stuff from the fish store? And did you mix anything with it?

Yup, it's play sand. £2.50 for 15kg. I haven't mixed anything with it.
