Here's a pic of the newest addition. If anyone has any suggestions as to what else might be done feel free.

that is a really REALLY nice setup! are suggestions really needed? :)

That looks awsome!

Maybe some tall plants in the back left,

Otherwise...Well done!

What is the stocking gonna be?

Ty. I'm hoping the hornwort takes off in the back corner there. For now I'm waiting on my new filter to come in. Stocking, not sure yet. The wife wants oscars, I want angels or dwarf cichlids.

Yeah, that's why I'm trying to block off and protect them with the rocks just in case a swimming shovel does happen to go in. I had suggested to the wife about 60 or so neons to go in, but she didn't see the humor in it

The dimentions are 48"l x 18"w x 20"h, 75usg. Now I'm just waiting on UPS to stop by with my new eheim, then I can start saving up to get a new CO2 setup. The wood in it is a piece of cypress which is abundant in the lakes and rivers here in my area

Woohoo. My new filter came in yesterday and I finally got it setup last night. And now after just 24 hours my nitrites have dropped to 0. Now I'll let it run a few more days to keep an eye on it along with my HOB that is still on there to be sure there aren't any spikes and to let the seeding finish. The next 2 projects will consist of dropping the DIY CO2 for a compressed gas setup, and to figure out what to stock with. I could do angels and a few bottom dwellers or discus. The only problem though, is that I don't have any experience with discus. So if anyone has any and all info on them please let me know. :good:
