Good news ! I have acquired a 90l tank and it seems that the 60l gets to stay too ! 
The only draw backs are that we may not be able to find somewhere for the 25l to go, so Boris the Betta may have to lump it with some tank mates, but I'm sure he won't mind too much.
I am seriously puzzled hough, how do Bettas prefer to live completely alone? Isn't it incredibly boring for them to be aloone, all day, every day of their entire lives?
