get a filter. the waste isnt just going to disapeer by itself.
also im not amazingly clued up on coldwater fish but surely if doing water chanegs with rain water which is very acidic, dont goldfish do better with dechlorinated tap water being of a higher ph more like there natural habitat, though i could be wrong im still learning this coldwater part of the hobby
