what type of plants could you grow with lights like thoughs?

I was thinking of using desk lamps for my chocolate tank...

I think quite a lot of different moderate to low light speces. I have java moss and fern plus some other plant which I don't know the name of. here's a pic of my 2' cube which I use one of these lamps over. I use no other light above it and with the tank being 2' deep, a lot of light is lost but java moss and fern both do great on the bottom.
