Black edge fins in the pictures I've seen and that last picture does kinda look like it has black edging to some of the fins. Thus why I said "I think" LOL

Hi guys this is my new account as i had some idiot on here trying to steal my details/online stalker so i will be posting pics up from this account now.

I have read some more about Livingstonii and it seems like thye are bad news in Mbuna tanks so i'm going to 'attempt' to catch him and swap him for something else tommorow...if not i'll have to wait to hes bigger.

If you look at the Yellow Labs closely youll see I have one that looks similar but is very orange any idea what he is also?

And any idea on the black looking ones? somebody said they are bumblebee cichlids but somebody on another site said thats no way a bumble bee (i really dont wnat it to be)

Also somebody told me only Mbuna have the egg spots on the fins...is this true? if so pretty much all of them have except for the Livingstonii (obviously) and theMelanochromis auratus.

Nice Austura pair, I do like these fish but they sound like they can be right little terrorists of the tank so to speak. Maybe another female or two wouldn't go amiss so the guy has a nice little harem

How can you tell if they are a pair from a picture that far away and them that young?
