That's very colorful and pleasant. I like your choices in fish - I think that it makes for a very nice community as long as you aren't overrun with fry. :)

ALASKA

Nice, although I think it would be EVEN nicer with naturally coloured or uniform coloured gravel.

Ben

Thanks.....
In response to the gravel comment....I wanted all natural, but try fighting with a 3 yr old who wanted the colored rocks, we compromised and only got one bag of the colored LOL!! :fish:

i know what its like, i was setting up a betta tank for my moms friend and i didnt have any colored rock, i ended up going and buying some (i didnt pay for them but you know...)

is that a blue molly on the left

the fish on the left is a blue mickey mouse platy.....a real pretty fish
the black fish is a lyretail molly -- male
the upper right is an orange mickey mouse platy
the bottom 3 grouping is a male and a female swordtail with a very pretty orangish lyretail molly (female) in the middle (has a really long tail!)

The others you can't see in the picture

STOTM for sure!
Ok, I feel like a dutz LOL!! Going nutz trying to figure out what STOTM stands for??? I usually can figure it out, but this one is drawing a blank LOL!

Anyway thanks for the compliment on the tank!!

Ahhh now I know what STOTM stands for!! Thanks for the nomination!!
Still very new to this forum LOL!!

So far we only have fry from females pregnant before we got them...not even sure which female(s) gave birth....We did contact a local store though and said they will give us store credit for young fish we give them......probably going to have to use the credit to buy a bigger fry tank LOL!!

A better pic attached
