New To Gold Rams

How do i know if my German Gold Rams are females or males. the LFS sold me a pair and said they were male and female soo... if anyone can tell me how to sex them. They have no black markings.

males have more pointed anal fins and it normally passes the base of the tail
whereas the females normally have rounded fins which dont pass the base of the tail

it depends on the enviromen you keep them in...a soft low PH tank with rocks will work well
