I suggest you start cycling the 90 asap, so in a few weeks you can move your fish, though I do think you should start cycling a 55gal as well for the angels and loaches, and so the shark can have the 90, and maybe another compatible tankmate. The guppies may stay in the 10gal.

No. The 90 wont be ready to cycle for at least a week and a half at which point we will be filling our last gallon with starter bacteria from the local aquarium shop and then we'll begin our cycle. When these other fish grow they will go up in tank size but if you look at the uploaded picture we've got time.

No. They will upsize when it becomes needed. Once again check out the picture. The 90 will be stocked separately around November

Yea, you should upsize when you ahve the chance, not when they get bigger. That's how fish get stunted....
