hey all
 
new to the forum and new to doing aquariums myself....
currently warming up a 100L tank to get it ready for fish
 
pH: 7ish
cH: 7 drops
 
dont have testers for other things yet, that will be todays purchase
 
using tank water as we are not on the water grid....
no fish untill thw weekend....

Don't get fish until you cycle the tank! This can take over a month. You're fish will probably die if you don't. Check the cycling section of this forum for more information on how to do a cycle.

well you do a fish less cycle which is the most popular by far as the fish don't go through any harm but personally i like the fish in cycle which involves adding fish and then carefully watching the parameters and doing allot of water changes its oyur choice your fish but as a members signature says a that fish was happy in he store if youre going to take it on you've got to make sure it is happy and has a equal or superior life to that it used to have

Read the articles on here about fish in or fish out cycles then make up your own mind how you want to proceed. But take it slow walk before you can run.
