i am thinking of setting up a little 7gallon tank to put on my desk in my room. i was wondering what sort of fish would i be able to keep in it without having to move the fish to a bigger tank. and also what would be the best filtration to use?

White Cloud Mountain Minnows, But i don't know how you have to wait till you can put them in.

A betta or paradise gourami.

Only 1 fish should go in this tank IMO.

If it were me I'd keep a single siamese fighter. They're labrynth fish and don't mind smaller tanks.

As for filtration an internal powerhead would probably be best IMHO
