New Tank Pics

Absolutely, I have to deal with people who haven't got a clue, but most of the time by the time they leave the shop they are thanking me for spending so much time to properly explain to them what is required to keep a successful tank, whether it be coldwater, tropical or marine.

I did try to pair the pipefish. Mine is a female, you can tell because males have dimples on the top of their nose and females don't. Unfortunatley the obviously randy female chased the male continuosly behind one patch of the rock wanting to breed and soon enough I saw nothing more of it as it obviously died and was eaten by my urchin which was huge before I got rid of it a couple of weeks ago.

I do have pics somewhere but they are always crap. I will try and get some new pics of her and post them tomorrow.

Royal gramma doing very well, is very active and a good feeder.

New yellow-eye tang, doing pretty well and is starting to feed on frozen and sheet algae now, although it's still quite shy.

And the twinspot goby. Again seems to be doing well sifting lots of gravel. Gotta keep an eye on it's weight though and make sure it's getting enough food.

Looks great if you ask me :D Is that the new tank Ben? And how long have you had those sea fans on the left?

Yep its the new upgrade! The blue seafan is actually one colony split into 2 large branches. I have had it for around 3-4 months now and it seems to be doing well and likes being fed! It went through an "off" patch just before I moved all my stuff into this tank but now it is doing superbly and new growth is coming!

Oh and yes, the gramma is a real show off now!
