New Tank, Old Betta, Old Betta Keeper

hi there, now i have been around this forum on and off since 2002 and mostly on this forum. You may or not know me but i used to be well respected in the betta forum here. Anyway, i have a Red HM male that i have looking gloomy in a 1 gal critter keeper as i havnt had much time so just been giving him weekly changes etc, but now im thinking, i have a 10 gallon tank spare, and im going to use it. Im thinking of a sand bottom, with the betta. Now i want some corydoras, probably a small specie such as pygmy or habrosus as i know that Aenus arent available for a 10G. What species of fish would you suggest to house with the betta.

Also need plans to hold around 6 bettas in 1 gal critter keepers successfully and filtered by one filter if anyone can help

And welcome back.
I have a 10gal tank with a red male crown tail, sand substraight and Pygmy Cory’s.
The CT pretty much ignores the cory’s. So I will recommend the pygmy cory’s.
