Whats the deal with it not being completely square I wouldnt want to have a natural weak point in my tank like that. Also why did you only get it 2ft wide that really limits stocking options.

I think its only 2ft wide because it's going to have Malawi's - so I imagine quite alot of smallish cichlids. Though I could be wrong.

If I had an 8ft tank I would want it wider than 2ft XD.

It's 2 foot wide as i cant afford to lose any more floor space.
It's bent in due to a door being in the way if this was going to be a weekpoint then im sure the guys would of advised me woulndnt they?

I wouldnt have a join on the front pain of my tank think of the pressure on it.

Ditto, I wouldn't have a join in the front glass of a tank any size let alone one that large...i would seriously get some checks done on the pressure that can take at the join.. I def wouldnt want all that water on the floor!

Nice tank, but if I were keeping malawis I would rather just lose a foot or two off the end than have a join in it. Why such a big tank for malawis? A 6fter would have been just as stunning without having to worry about the light switch, the pressure on the join, or the expense and trouble of having a custom tank with a join
