Hello all.

Looking for some inspiration for my new tank that is being delivered on Saturday.

I currently have 5 tanks, all described below.

My First tank is my Livebearer only tank, this has 3 Female Guppies, 3 Male Guppies, 1 Female Platy and 2 Corydoras.

1x120ltr filter, 1x 50w heater and an air bubble wall

The Third is my Freebie tank, I was given it by a customer at work for free, with 3 unidentified fish, my intentions were to keep this tank for Breeding, but because the fish were quite terretorial (White Skirt Tetra) i couldnt put them in another tank.

1x Sponge Filter, 1x 50w heater

The Forth Tank is my Breeding Tank, has one extreamly heavy female Guppy, who is going to give birth any day

The fifth tank is my Fry Tank it currently has over 25 Guppies which are only a few months old and 2 Corydoras

1x Air Stone, but water changed every 2 days

I'm upgrading to a 200ltr to put my two main tanks of fish into, and then sell the old tanks on but im looking for inpiratation, and is sand better than gravel?

Many Thanks in advance!

Sand is 100% better than gravel and almost everybody will agree with me on that one. :)

I would keep one of your tanks for quarantine just in case and sell the rest on in the classified section of this forum. Are you planning on selling your stock or moving all the fish to your new 200L?

I will be keeping the first one for breeding with a removable partition and the Orange one at the end will also be kept underneath my bed empty until i need it :p

Hopefully the White Skirts will be okay with the other fish

You'll have no problem getting rid of the other tanks on here. :D

And it's a good idea to save a tank as you are, "just in case." :)
