New Tank Filter Question

Have got a 180l tank with a juwel biolow 600 internal filter, having just read several topics on filtration am I right in believing that this may well be insufficient. If so would I be advised to get additional filtration, say for example a Tetratec EX1200. If so would I run this along side my existing filter or should i try and remove it? Any help would be greatly appreciated

personally i would go for the tetra 2400, for a 180. but yes, yes, yes take out the Juwel item. one of the best things it does is, take up space

Thanks for reply, just looked at cost of treta 2400 and nearly fell of my chair. Could I run both 1200 and existing filter together to achieve suffucient filtration?

if so, i would remove the media from the Juwel item. using it just to get circulation. or, look for 2 ex 1200s on auction sites
