New Tank Cycling!

Hi guys can anyone help with a quwstion....my tank is in its first week of Cycling! no fish just plants and water treetment co2 going in do ineed to do any water changes at this point upto the point of putting in my fish in about 4 weeks total time thanks guys,,,Greg

What method are you using to cycle your tank. I know its a fishless cycle seing how you dont have fish. If there are no fish then dont do a water change until your cycle is done. Once the cycle is done do a big water change 90% then its ready for fish. I have a link in my sig you can read that tells you how to do a fishless cycle.

Are you dosing with ammonia?

If not, your tank won't cycle, despite what some shops and fishkeepers say about letting bacteria build up by just leaving the tank running for a while.

If you are, then you don't need to do a water change until RIGHT before you add the fish.
