New Tank But Low Kh

Hi,
i am still very new to salwater aquarium. i took this hobby two months ago and i've setting up my new saltwater tank with 400 litres of water capacity ( including sump) but my KH level is still low . i didnt put any fish yet. why this happened and how to deal with it. please help.( this hobby is very rare in malaysia)

Your kH is low, probably because the kH of your water source is low and/or you don't have significant buffers in your tank. What exactly is your kH?

My KH level is 7.
