Kind of agree with Ninjasmurf about stocking some of the fish you have listed dont need male and female pairing. Also if you filled out your schooling fish I think you will be over stocked. Here this is what I would do -
angelfish 2 1 m 1 f - Yep thats okay but hard to sex so you will have to see if this turns out right or not.
catfish cory 2 1m 1 f - As said needs to be in one group of all one species
dwarf gourmi 1 m - Personally I would go for a female as they are less problematic (you sex these by the dorsal fins males are long and pointed)
fancy guppie 6 4 f 2 m -
mollys 2 f 1 m
platies 2 f 1 m
pleco (clown) 1 - as long as its a true clown plec and not a common or a gibbi thats okay
clown loach maybe 2 - as said they need to be in groups of 5 or more but they do get to a foot long each but they take years to get there sometimes, so if you plan on a bigger tank a few years down the line or would be okay to rehome them when they reach say 6 inches I think you will be okay if you get small for now - however there are a lot of other loaches you could consider that would be much happier in your tank for life for example the Zebra Loach or Polka Dot Loach or Dwarf Chain Loach.
rainbow fish 1 m 1 f - like the cories these are schooling fish so need to be in groups of at least 5-6 most of them get very big for a schooling fish so I would not recommend the bigger ones like bosmani or irian reds but go for something like the praecox dwarf neon rainbow.
rasbora 2 - again a schooling fish so you need more than two at least 6 - I am guessing you mean the harlequin rasbora as these are best for your tank
One other concern I have is with all the livebearers in there the guppies, platies and mollies you could very quickly become over run with fry. Personally I would just pick one type of them and stick with them.
The way I would stock them it
2 Angelfish
1 Dwarf Gourami (female)
8 Dwarf Neon Rainbow Fish
8 Harlequin Rasbora
3 Platies (1 male 2 female)
8 Panda Cories or 8 Zebra Loaches (I think you would need to make a choice here)
1 Clown pleco - or similar small plec under 5 inches
And that would be a pretty full stocked tank IMO hope thats helped
