New Snake

I have no self-control!
He was previously owned, tame as hell, eating mice, and GORGEOUS. So when they agreed to give me $10 off the asking price, how could I say no??
Besides, look at that face

He's in the really short tank I was gonna use for dwarf puffers until it leaked. The footprint is equivalent to a 20g long.

Best part about him? Most hognose eat toads and frogs and it is hard to get them onto rodents. This guy? Takes FROZEN/THAWED pinks without any hesitation!!! I put one in, he nosed it for a while, then smacked it down.

This'll be the last time he's fed in his enclosure, the only reason I put the pink in there is I wasn't really expecting him to take it that fast... he had only been in there 5 mins! I really just wanted to see if he had any interest in frozen... apparently the answer is yes.

I surprised him and he hissed at me and strutted around like he was hot stuff!!! XD It was so cute. What a great bluff he has. I admit I provoked him a little after the first puff by wiggling my fingers in front of his face and he took a strike at me... mouth closed the whole time!!!

wow gawjus snake there very interesting looking wat temp have u got its tank at and how long is it very small im guessing i am getting a south west carpet python in a few months XD oh and how much did u get it for $10 dosnt sound like much of a discount but then again snakes are extremly expensive here

Oh my situation's the same. My dad hates them so much. To add on to this, he's a cop and they gave him a gun. He won't allow a snake to come anywhere close to him. One day I'm just going to get a 55 gallon tank, and get a ball python and see what he does.
