New Rams Today

Hi all, today I added 6 small (roughly 1inch) german blue rams to my tank, and so far so good, a couple of them have been flirting all day which has been nice to watch, also my cardinal tetras seem alot more friendlier now they have some tank mates!!

Anyway I will post a couple of pics in the morning, I just wanted to say thanks very much for all help and advice getting me to this point!!

Out of interest what's the volume of the tank and what substrate are you using?

Using sand substrate, and roughly 100 litres.

However i will be upgrading to 120L in the next three months, as this tank i currently have has alot of scratches on the glass (bought of a friend)

120 Litres isn't big enough for 6 long-term, it is only big enough for one pair.

i know once they have devolped i will have two set up's one being 120L(bedroom) and hopefully a 210L(Lounge) in 6months this is just a starting block for bigger things to come!
