naw....i don't think whoever had him before us did much of anything with him. you can feel his ribs, his tail is badly chewed from the other puppies, and he doesn't understand how things work in a house.
so my conclusion is that they didn't care much about the pups...just wanted to get rid of them....(hence blue being free) and kept them outside. he especially doesn't get the concept of doors. he'll stand behind the door waiting for it to open, and when it does open, he follows the backside of it...not realising that it's the other side that lets you out. or when we let him our of our back sliding door, he'll stare at the door for a couple seconds after i open it....he knows it's open...he just don't know where to go through! i think he's figuring it out....but still, by the way he acts, he wasn't kept in a house...and might have only been in a house for a bath.
