New Plecos

I don't know much about rubber lipped plecs but i heard they stay around the 4-5inch mark so should be ok for a 20gal

Would It be better if I took Yugi(Common) and Nozami(Sailfin?) back to Petsmart?

Yes if you cannot get them the size of tank they need to grow(common, 55gal sailfin, 125gal), apart from being too big for your current tanks, plecs produce alot of waste so will be a strain on your filter alot.

The Rubber lipped pleco will do fine in a 20Gallon as long as you have moderate filtration.

You should get a minimum of 50gallons for a common plec. Ideally 36x18x18 or bigger. I wouldnt keep 2 together if you want them to live to be gracefully weird giants
