Hi all,

I have just planted my first tank (pictures in the Members Pictures section - let me know what you think) and waiting for the tank to cycle.

However it seems as though I have brought in some visitors on the plants!

My mum came in to see my work and noticed 2 very small snails. Are these a problem or will they be fine to leave in there? If a problem, how do I get rid of them?

Cheers

Adam

if u add a lettuce leaf and leave over night then all snails will be on there. just remove lettuce leaf! i had just a 'few' snails now i have loads!

if its just two of them just pick them out of the tank right away. if they layed eggs that hatch, do the lettuce trick

Get those snail out quick. Take plants out and inspect. rinse lightly in water removed from tank. Look for jelly like eggs in roots rinse out. Hey is that doesn't work get youself a yo yo loach.
