New Pic Of Tank 3

Just thought I would put up a pic of my tank 3, I am cuurently partway through a fishless cycle on this tank. I will be putting dwarf puffers and shrimp in it. There will be lots more plants when the fish go in.

Also am showing off my new DIY LED lighting on the tank

Thanks It will be better once the cycle has finished and I get more plants in. I am wiring up the Blue LED's tonight for the moonlight effect.

I will get shrimp in first then wait a week or 2 before I get the DP's, probably will be able to get 5 in there, might even setup a web cam on it.

Thanks mate, yep te loaches hve settled in great, they always stick together, Coco my originsl one joins the tribe for a while then goes about his business. They love plaing with the output from the filter, they use it to launch them selves ontop of the filter then slide off. LOL.

Haha, sounds about right, they used to put their noses in the outlet of my filter an wriggle about for a bit. Funny to watch

Thanks I carn't wait for the fishless cycle to finish so I can get the Tiger Shrimp in. I am putting more plants in this week when I trim my other 2 tanks

dwarf puffers are great but I;d watch the shrimp with puffers cos if they get a taste for the shrimp they will not leave them alone, very tenacious little fish they are

Thanks. Most of the views on the sight are that if you put the shrimp in first then it should be ok. Also I will be adding lots more plants, there are a lot of hidy places as well.
