New photo of my tank.
Added some plants,moved some also!

Can anyone name the red plant?
I have no clue(cant find in any books)
It has a bulb that sits on top ov gravel with roots that grow into
substrate.
Fastest easiest growing red plant I have ever encountered.
Ive split it twice and all are doing well.
Thanks for looking Tony

Great looking tank Tragic Avenue!!!! Sorry I am no good with plant names.
However TOTM!!!!

Thanks for the praise, this tank is already in TOTM it just grows
and changes weekly :D

When I find out what it is I may give some to you fine folks.
I need to make sure its an ok plant to use,may turn out to be a weed,
or something like duckweed you cant get rid of

It produces at least one new leaf shoot a day and full size leaves in one week.
Constant pruning is a must and it doesnt spread out which is great. :)

i ahve the same plant in my 20 gal planted
it seems to go through stages after having it for a while - the new stems will all develope at the bottom together, the old tlal ones will fall off and the new ones will grow
and the same thing all over again
it's rpetty cool i like it.. i'll post some pics for you when i get my digi charged

(Great name M8)
How do you know the bulb is supposed to sit on the gravel, surely that is just how you planted it?
Or did you plant the bulb and the roots and the bulb came through the gravel?
I sure like the sound and looks of this plant, be sure to let us know what it is, once you have IDd it.
Regards
Jim
