New Oranda fish

Set up a fish tank one month ago and noticed today that one of my fish's Chins looks bigger. Is it just me, does it look like there is anything wrong with it?

Did you cycle the tank before adding the fish? What are your water parameters?

No tank was not cycled before adding fish but I have tested my water everyday and the levels are all good.

What testing kit are you using, and what are the numbers?
"all good" doesn't tell us much, and 'good' really depends. Ammonia nitrite, nitrate, gH and pH numbers will tell people a lot more.
