hello, at 85 years old I gave up my golf clubs, and showing my show car. I been reading and learning, and about ready to get a 29 gal. tank set up. I will post how I am doing. I will be reading all your post and try to gain some knowledge. I am in northern California.

Hope you learn a lot here and enjoy our forums.

What model and year is your show car? Post a pic of it here...I'd like to see it.

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

Why did you give up golf and showing your car?
Golf gets you out of the house and into the fresh air, you get some exercise and socialise with friends. You also get to try and knock out other people on the golf course. FOUR. pop, got him :)

What sort of car do you have?

Cant wait to see your progress! Welcome!!

Beautiful! The husband spent years on a 1967 Vette when we lived in San Diego. Sold it when we went East. I drove a 1956 Chevy to work when I taught at a school downtown. Sometimes I left it in Balboa Park & walked downtown. Once returned & saw camera crew & models milling about my car. This guy whipped out two $50 bills & asked if they could take photos for their ads. It was fun!

Welcome to TFF.

Your 'vette photo came out just fine.

Before setting up your new tank, be sure to read up on cycling the tank, here: https://www.fishforums.net/threads/cycle-your-tank-a-complete-guide-for-beginners.475055/

Post any questions you may have, we'll be glad to help.
