I also got three apple snails while I was there. Anyone know what the yellow bits are? Poop?

Thats a great picture of that snail. I like mollies too, but they get a little too big for my taste and they never stop reproducing. 2 mollies ends up being 5, then 10, and so on...

One question: do you put any aquarium salt in with your live bearers?

Nope I have fish that can't tolerate it. I have lost a molly before because I think she needed salt. But I have one black female molly who thrives without it. I only buy female with the hope they don't have alot of babies.

I lost two babies but the other two are going strong and in with the adults now. Thats five Danios I've raised all together.
How is your Krib fry?
