I've been here for over a month and still have the new member status, I think it takes a while.

He became "fish guru" just recently when I noticed his title was incorrect. He is now our resident fish guru...a very fitting title imho.

I think you may have to get to 100 messages, in order to have a different title. I don't know for sure though.
