Is it 4 foot ?
If its 4 foot I assume by Blue tang you mean a Regal not a powder blue? neither would be suitable for this size tank as a regal is a 12" fish and needs lots of swimming room.
A Naso Tang aka a lipstick tang is bigger than a regal Upto 16" and would also be to big for the tank
A yellow tang would be fine in this size tank also a kole tang.
I would not add more than 1 small tang as you have no sump to deal with their mess and will cause you nothing but heartache as your nitrates and phosphates go through the roof
Beyond that there are so many fish to choose from its worth reading a few journals to see what people keep in there tanks and see what you like
