New Marine Fish Tank.

Ok Right, i THINK ive done the research and know what im doing, but im start a new Marine tank in a week or so, i just want to check theres no vitals im missing.

130 Litre Tank
Light (not sure what certain one i need Will i need Daylight Tubes, or 300w flood lights?)
Coral Sand For base of Tank
Enough Live Rock required for my tank
External fluval 303 Filter
AquaC Protein Skimmer
Heater (Hagen Elite 300 watt submersible aquarium heater thermostat)
Power heads for tank circulation - AQUACLEAR 201 POWERHEAD/ x2
Pump
Salt
The water i need from the shops (not sure what it is exactly)
Thermometer
Hydrometer
Nitete test
Nirrite test
annomia test

My Tank is 130 litres approx/30 gallons
Will i need 1 power head or two?
1 heater or two?
Whats a Sump, and must i have one?

Am i missing any vital components?

Whats a Sump? and MUST i have one?
Must i have 2 power heads?
 
I would highly recommend you don't keep posting here as us lot up here know very little if nothing about marine :lol: Post your queries down in the marine forums but I wish you luck.
