New light!

Okie, so my 29g tank light finally died. (the light build itself, not the lamp)

So I went to the old bulb box and picked out a new one. That’s when I saw what I was missing! I found an LED one that looks great. (See Photos below) (Excuse my terrible camera)

Old:

What do you guys think? Do you think it looks better or worse?

I was concerned it was to bright... :unsure:
 
I think it may be too bright for neon tetras, remember they like shade and the plants help but that light is very bright.
I agree. It looks good but the neons were probably happier with the dimmer light :)
 
Just looked at this thread again and saw your little shrimpies. Cute :) maybe consider raising the water level a bit?

I took the new photo right in the middle of a water change, lol. :)
